SKOKIE, IL—AZEK Building Products®, the building industry’s leading maker of technologically advanced and high performance building materials, will be featured in Southern Living Magazine’s 2016 Builder Program Showcase Home, a house created to showcase the latest trends in architecture, construction, smart home technology and interior décor. The luxury home, featuring AZEK Building Products’ premium decking, porch and railing, will be unveiled at a private preview party and ribbon cutting on October 13th.
The house at The Grove in Williamson County, Tenn. is open to the public through October 30th for a $10 entry fee that goes toward Operation Finally Home, a national, non-profit organization that builds homes for wounded, ill or injured veterans, surviving spouses and their families.
Construction of the home was completed by husband and wife team Patrick and Mary Hatcliff of Hatcliff Construction, a family-owned and operated construction company with nearly 30 years of experience building fine custom homes. The couple has been named a member of the Southern Living Custom Builder Program for more than ten years, an honor that is bestowed on only 100 of the South’s finest homebuilders.
The duo used AZEK Porch in Slate Grey, AZEK Decking’s Harvest Collection in Slate Grey and RadianceRail in White to create a three-tiered deck on the $1.6 million home, which is located in a gated community.
