The 3,200-square-foot, three-story shingle style residence features AZEK on its wraparound porch, deck and screened-in porch. Amidst a patio and outdoor shower, future homeowners will truly be able to embrace outdoor living in this picturesque coastal town. The house is currently open to the public for tours. It will also be featured in both the October issue of This Old House magazine in addition to the 2017-2018 season of the Emmy®-Winning series, This Old House.
The Idea House features AZEK® Porch in Slate Gray and AZEK® Deck’s Harvest Collection® in Island Oak™, both offering attractive, on-trend grays designed to stand the test of time and resist mold, mildew, moisture damage, stains, scratches and fading. This Old House partnered with Union Studio Architecture and Community Design, Sweenor Builders, and Denise Enright Interior Design for its 2017 This Old House Idea House. The team incorporated smart-home tech, weather-resistant, energy-efficient materials and thriving-in-place products and design to create an inspirational beach home for growing families and plenty of multi-generational guests.
