Warranty Coverage

TimberTech Lighting comes with a 5-Year limited product warranty.  See full warranty details.

What is the polarity of TimberTech lighting components?

TimberTech lighting can be wired regardless of the polarity, meaning the positive and negative wires can be installed either way.

What power supply is needed to power TimberTech Transformers?

They are designed to be plugged into a 120-volt home receptacle that is compliant with local building codes.

What type of wire nuts should I use?

TimberTech lighting wiring will typically run from the transformer to the first light and then jump from one light to the next, forming a chain. This is commonly referred to as “Daisy chaining.” At no point should the wiring ever return back to the transformer at the end of the run.
