Do I need this for installing TimberTech Advanced PVC Fascia?

No, it is not required for Advanced PVC fascia. The TOPLoc Fascia Drill Bit is recommended for predrilling capped composite fascia boards from the TimberTech Composite collections. It can also be used with legacy uncapped composite boards, such as TwinFascia.
