Low Maintenance

Never sand, stain, or seal your deck ever again. An occasional scrub and rinse are all that’s needed.

Fade & Stain-Resistant

Enjoy a richly hued deck for decades with protective capping that resists UV rays and staining.

Better Choice For Fire Zones

With an Ignition Resistant designation, Class A Flame Spread Rating, and WUI Compliance, this collection is one of our best choices for fire zones.

Splinter Free & Barefoot Friendly

Better for bare feet and paws, TimberTech Advanced PVC decking won’t splinter, and stays up to 30° cooler to the touch with 40% better traction, wet or dry, than competitive products.

Industry-Leading Warranties

Rest easy knowing your investment is protected with a 50-Year Fade & Stain Limited Warranty and Limited Lifetime Product Warranty.

Sustainable

Made in the USA from approximately 60% recycled material, including post-construction scrap like vinyl siding and trim, TimberTech Advanced PVC decking is a sustainable option. Plus, it’s fully recyclable at the end of its useful life.

Design Versatility

With heat-bending capabilities, TimberTech Advanced PVC Decking allows you to create a truly unique design that shows off your sense of style.

*Although TimberTech Advanced PVC decking is cooler to the touch than many other deck board products, all decking products will get hot in the sun. Additionally, the darker the decking color, the hotter it will feel. For hotter climates, consider choosing a lighter color.

What defines the Landmark Collection?

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Landmark Collection® suitable for hotter climates?

Yes. As part of TimberTech Advanced PVC Decking, the Landmark Collection® features Cool Touch® Technology, helping select board colors stay up to 30 degrees cooler than traditional composites. The boards also cool down faster once they're out of direct sun. Keep in mind that all decking gets warm in direct sunlight, and darker colors feel hotter than lighter ones. For hot climates, lighter Landmark colors like French White Oak® and Castle Gate™ are smart picks.

Are there any real woods that compare to the finish and color of the Landmark Collection® boards?

Yes. The Landmark Collection® is designed to resemble popular crosscut hardwoods, specifically white oak and walnut. Its crosscut cathedral grain and matte finish capture the soft, refined character of these classic species without the upkeep.

Color by color, the closest real-wood comparisons are:

American Walnut® → rich, warm walnut tones

French White Oak® → light, weathered white oak

Castle Gate™ → deeper, gray-toned hardwood

Boardwalk® → soft, sun-faded coastal wood

Can the Landmark Collection® be used for non-deck applications? (ie. docks, porch, cladding)

Yes, The Landmark Collection® extends beyond standard deck surfaces, but the right format and installation practices matter for each use.

Cladding: TimberTech Cladding is available in all four Landmark colors, American Walnut®, Castle Gate™, French White Oak®, and Boardwalk®, letting you carry the same look from deck to walls.

Trim details: Landmark offers matching fascia and riser boards for a finished, seamless edge.

Unlike the Vintage Collection®, Landmark doesn't offer a thicker MAX board, so it isn't the dedicated choice for dock applications.

What are the best fasteners to use with the Landmark Collection®?

The best fastener depends on your board profile and the finished look you want. For the Landmark Collection®, recommended systems include:

CONCEALoc® for grooved boards when you want a hidden-fastener finish

SIDELoc™ for square-shouldered boards, fastening discreetly through the side

CORTEX® for Advanced PVC for top-down installation with material-matched plugs

TOPLoc® for Advanced PVC for color-matched, top-down face fastening

What is the maximum joist spacing for the Landmark Collection®?
For the Landmark Collection®, follow the joist spacing outlined in the current TimberTech installation guide for your specific profile and application.
What colors are widely available? Are there local exclusions?

The Landmark Collection® offers four signature colors, each capturing a crosscut hardwood look:

American Walnut®

Castle Gate™

French White Oak®

Boardwalk®

All four colors are available in standard width. That said, availability can vary by region, profile, and length, depending on local distributor demand and stocking decisions. For exact regional availability, check with a local TimberTech dealer or distributor before finalizing your build.

Which railing collections are compatible with the Landmark Collection®?

Landmark Collection® decking pairs with a wide range of TimberTech Railing systems, giving you flexibility across style and budget. Compatible and commonly paired collections include:

Impression Rail Express® (aluminum, non-combustible)

Classic Composite Series

Advantage Rail™

Pinnacle Rail®

Statement Rail

Reliance Rail™ (premium vinyl)

Fulton Rail® (steel, non-combustible)

For design consistency, Impression Rail Express® and the Classic Composite Series are especially popular pairings. In fire zones, non-combustible metal options like Impression Rail Express® and Fulton Rail® are smart choices.

Can the Landmark Collection® be used near water? Near salt water?
Yes. Landmark Collection® decking is well-suited for waterfront use, including pools, docks, lakefronts, and coastal settings. Because it's made from Advanced PVC with no wood fibers, it resists moisture exceptionally well, so you won't deal with rot, splintering, peeling, or water-related decay common with wood decking. It also delivers up to 40% better traction than leading competitors, wet or dry.
Is the Landmark Collection® fire resistant? Is it compliant for fire zones?

Yes. TimberTech Advanced PVC Decking Landmark Collection® is one of the best choices for fire-prone areas. It carries three key designations:

- Ignition Resistant (ASTM E2632)

- Class A Flame Spread Rating (ASTM E84, the top 0–25 index score)

- WUI Compliant (Wildland Urban Interface compliant)

In practical terms, that means the boards better resist catching fire, slow the spread of flames, and resist ignition from flying embers. Together, those qualities make Landmark Collection® a smart pick for wildfire-exposed regions.

Can FUSIONLoc be used for TimberTech Decking?
TimberTech no longer produces FUSIONLoc Hidden Fasteners, but they are compatible with all of our grooved deck boards.
