HGTV Designers Choose TimberTech Decking to Make Two Homeowners Happy

The prestigious designers at HGTV turn to TimberTech® to create an outdoor oasis for homeowners once again. The homeowners on HGTV’s “Love It Or List It Vancouver” and “Hidden Potential” were simultaneously thrilled and delighted to see that they now have TimberTech Decking. The stylish on-camera projects feature light blonde TimberTech decking to keep feet, paws, and furniture cool in the summer sun. Check out the dreamy deck designs HGTV’s in-demand designers brought to life for two deserving homeowners.

Deciding to “Love It Or List It Vancouver”

Host of “Love It Or List It Vancouver” Jillian Harris turned to TimberTech to bring what we’re calling her Secluded Outdoor Lounge to life. This luxe deck was a large reason why the excited homeowners chose to “love it” instead of “list it,” to co-host and real estate agent Todd Talbot’s chagrin. Harris’s vision brought a touch of charm and luxury to the modest Vancouver home’s backyard. The simple yet chic pergola and thoughtful privacy wall adds a level of sophisticated seclusion to this private outdoor lounge.

Unearthing “Hidden Potential”

Jasmine Roth is well-seasoned in upgrading shabby homes and punching up lackluster outdoor living spaces. She dreamt-up this deck design that we’re calling a Modern Garden Getaway to wow and inspire on Season 2 of “Hidden Potential.” This simple space evokes charming vibes of being among the plants and being one-with-nature. Roth decided to ditch any railings so the homeowners could be surrounded by herbaceous smells and their green backyard. Keeping the pops of color to a minimum and playing up the plants allow the earthy hue of the TimberTech deck to stand out.
